Business Coach/Mentor, Advisor, Fractional Leader (CxO), Non-Executive Director.

We love helping people and businesses find success.

If you are unsure how to unlock the next phase of your personal or business growth journey, consider a business coach/mentor (for the individual e.g. owner, CEO, executive) or business advisor (for the board or leadership team). Our experience is that a small amount of time invested every few months over a long period can unlock a lasting relationship of value in your journey.

 

For more intense support, we can provide business advisory services to suit your needs, working closely with the business steering or leadership to get results.

 

We often support start-up and scale-up organisations which can sometimes mean low cash reserves or revenues in the early stages and where a full time expert simply is not viable to required. Fractional leadership (CxO) provides access to a high value expertise and experience at low cost right for your stage of development and growth.

We believe value and innovation is often found between functions and between the organisation and the outside world. Therefore, we help connect the dots internally, and between that outside world (consumer needs, market drivers, environment, sustainability and society), product/technical requirements, and commercial business needs​.

We can help you define and implement performance enhancing sales, marketing, brand, and product strategy. Innovation, supporting organisation structure and business processes.

Fractional Leadership

We can support you with long term fractional leadership, providing your business with advice and operational support on a fractional, flexible basis, scaling time up or down depending on the need. A perfect solution for start-ups and SMEs that don't need or can't afford full-time C-suite expertise.
 

For example, we can provide an experienced CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) or CEO for a few days a month to perhaps a day a week to take care of those strategic needs when you cannot afford a full time employee, and certainly not at an accessible cost. These roles provide the competence to build strategy, business processes, organisation, leadership, recruitment etc. that is not required on a full-time basis. If you have a sales team of 2 people, you do not need a full-time sales manager until you can activate growth.

Mentor

Our founder, Gary Brown, has been mentoring for nearly 30 years. Initially mentoring young UK based engineers towards Chartered Engineer (IMechE) status, Gary was then asked to mentor high potential employees within business. Since 2013 he mentors MBA students and graduates from Warwick Business School, as well as individual leaders of small/medium businesses.

Non Executive Director

Our founder, Gary Brown, is a certified Non Executive Director (NED) Board Member (Sweden).

Between 2017 and 2020, and again since mid 2024, Gary was a Non Executive Director / Board member for a not-for-profit school -- The English School Gothenburg.

Gary has also been the chairman of sports and social clubs.

Angel Investor

Our founder, Gary Brown, is a angel investor in a number of start-ups across Sweden and the United Kingdom. There has often been an advisory role associated with these investments allowing both parties to drive towards success.
